The Staging Assistant is responsible for supporting their Lead Stager by safely loading and unloading inventory from the warehouse to a box van and traveling to homes. When at the clients’ home the Staging Assistant will mount artwork and placing home accessories following the Lead Stagers design plan. We are looking for strong team players to join our team in a fast-paced environment, out of our Concord warehouse. All job openings are warehouse-type positions and require traveling from warehouse to multiple job-site locations. This position also requires physical abilities and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•   Load and unload lightweight furniture, home accessories, large artwork, and storage bins from box trucks

•   Travel between warehouse and jobsites to complete residential staging installations

•   Assist Lead Stager with strategically placing large furniture items and home accessories

•   Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of every staging project

•   Mount artwork

•   Maintain a positive attitude

•   Openness to be coached around skills that will ensure efficiencies throughout each department

•   Taking ownership of their performance and how that contributes to the overall success of the company

•   Adapt to a daily changing environment and support the entire staging department in completing each project successfully

•   Complete the ultimate staged look by doing the following:

     •   Wipe and shine home décor items once placed

     •   Vacuum/remove debris from floors and counter tops

     •   Steam bedding and table linens

•   Other duties will be assigned based on warehouse needs and can include but not limited to; warehouse organization and cleanliness projects and accessory and furniture cleaning.

Must have valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
