Surgical Technicians complete assessments of patient needs to provide supportive care before, during, and after procedures. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•   Communicating with patients and determining medical problems

•   Providing assistance as needed in the front office

•   Cleaning and disinfecting surgery equipment

•   Operating and troubleshooting surgery and patient monitoring equipment

•   Assisting with inventory maintenance

•   Ensuring informed consent papers are completed prior to administration of sedation

•   Maintaining flexibility and performs other duties as required.
