Spa Receptionist

Our award-winning medical spa is looking for a part-time front desk receptionist who has outstanding customer service skills and loves aesthetics. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area and directing calls to appropriate persons. Applicants should be able to multi-task with a strong attention-to-detail. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to take initiative and accept responsibilities beyond the scope of the job description. Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•   Providing our patients with the highest-level of customer service

•   Answering multi-line phones and taking accurate messages

•   Scheduling and confirming appointments

•   Greeting patients as they arrive, providing a positive and friendly attitude

•   Daily maintenance of lobby and reception

•   Checking patients out after appointment, scheduling their next appointment, and processing payment for services and products

•   Answering patient questions regarding procedures and products

•   Perform administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, copying, mailing, and data entry

•   Ordering and tracking office product supply inventory

•   Preparing and mailing newsletters and email contacts

•   Taking phone orders for products

•   Keeping accurate patient information into QuickBooks, SalonSpaware, Salesforce, the patient's chart, and contact list


Experience

Sales experience preferred
