Physical Therapist


Physical Therapists are directly responsible for providing patient care, including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing special physical therapy treatments. PTs exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making. They are expected to conduct themselves as a positive role model and team member. PAs should be able to make responsible decisions within the scope of a dependent medical practitioner. We are looking for seasoned professionals to join our team and become a valuable member of our well-established practice.


Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•   Assessing patient condition, establishing goals, treatments and care plans in conjunction with patient/family

•   Ensuring that appropriate treatment is performed in interdisciplinary fashion; consulting with physicians and other departments about the impact of physical therapy factors on patient health status

•   Documenting treatments and other patient information for medical record

•   Educating patient/family on appropriate care of various therapies/exercises, such as proper body mechanics and home exercise programs

•   Contributing to the progress and development of the organization’s adopted compliance program

•   Reporting observed or suspected safety violations, hazards, and policy/procedure noncompliance to the safety officer

•   Analyzing work area and making recommendations for potential cost-effective improvements

•   Complying with appropriate clinic policies related to infection control, safety, regulations


Minimum two years experience as Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinic setting


BS in Physical Therapy

Successful completion of clinical internship

Current California PT license
